West Chester Railroad offers several rental options for many different gatherings. Please call the railroad at 610.430.2233. Leave a message on our answering machine with your name, number and the date you wish to make a reservation. A representative will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Dining Car Rental
Have a family member that LOVES trains? Have their next birthday party in their own private car! Our dining car is available for rental during our regularly scheduled trains. It features large tables and seating for approximtely 48 guests. Many people that rent the dining car choose to decorate the car to their liking or to the theme of the party. The choice is purely up to you!

You MUST have a reservation well ahead of time for use of our private dining car. Cake and presents can only be brought onto the dining car. You can not bring cake and presents onto a regularly scheduled coach.

Price: $350 ($400 on Special Event Days)

The dining car is not available after Thanksgiving during the Santa Special runs.

Charter Trains
We also have the option available to book an entire train just for your party. This option is is perfect for corporate events, school and church trips, or very large groups. Each of our coaches seat approximately 75 people. Prices vary.
