West Chester Railroad offers several rental options for many different gatherings. Please call the railroad at 610.430.2233. Leave a message on our answering machine with your name, number and the date you wish to make a reservation. You may also fill out the form below. A representative will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Please fill out this form and a representative will be in contact with you. Please note the railroad is closed Christmas through Easter. The dining car is unavailable Thanksgiving through Christmas on regularly scheduled trains.
Dining Car Rental
Have a family member that LOVES trains? Have their next birthday party in their own private car! Our dining car is available for rental during our regularly scheduled trains. It features large tables and seating for approximtely 48 guests. Many people that rent the dining car choose to decorate the car to their liking or to the theme of the party. The choice is purely up to you!
You MUST have a reservation well ahead of time for use of our private dining car. Cake and presents can only be brought onto the dining car. You can not bring cake and presents onto a regularly scheduled coach.
Price: $350 ($400 on Special Event Days)

We also have the option available to book an entire train any time just for your party. This option is is perfect for corporate events, school and church trips, or very large groups. Each of our coaches seat approximately 75 people. Prices vary.
We suggest having the Pig Out BBQ Pit in Glen Mills cater your event right in the Glen Mills picnic grove. You mayalso serve food to your guests in our dining car. Click here for the BBQ Pit Menu.
